Your deck quotes didn't say no. They went quiet.

When a deck quote goes quiet, we follow up in your shop's name. When someone's ready to build, your phone buzzes. That's your whole job.

Example
Cedar Line Decks
  1. Cedar Line Decks: Hi Mark, it's Cedar Line Decks. Checking in on your quote for the 16 × 20 composite deck. Any questions? Text stop anytime if you're all set.
  2. Mark: We liked it. Can it wait until spring?
  3. Cedar Line Decks: Yes. Spring is when most of our builds happen. Want someone to call you about getting on the schedule?
  4. Mark: Sure, call me after 5

Sound familiar?

  • You visited, drew it up, spent an evening pricing it. Then they went quiet.
  • The season got busy, and the quotes from a few weeks ago sat.
  • They said "let us think about it." Nobody asked again.
  • A month later, calling feels awkward. So nobody does.

You already paid for every one of those quotes: the lead, the site visit, the drawing, the evening of pricing. Most deck builders have more money sitting in quiet quotes than they think.

Fall is when deck quotes go cold. Let's turn them into spring jobs.

  2. 2

We follow up on the quiet ones

Only quotes that went quiet for a week. Fresh ones stay with your team. Every text and email goes out in your shop's name.

  3. 3

Ready buyers go to your phone

You get a one-line alert: who, what job, what they want. You close it like always.

No software to learn. No logins. Nothing to manage.

When they reply, we keep the job moving.

Simple questions get your answers. Anything about price or a site visit comes straight to you.

What homeowners say, and what happens

  • Can we wait until spring?Answered with your answer. If they want a spot, it comes to you.
  • Composite or wood? What's the difference?Answered with your answer.
  • Do I need a permit?Answered with your answer.
  • Can you do it for less?Sent to you. Price talk is yours.

We only get paid when you do.

No setup fee.No monthly fee.No long-term contract.

When a job we brought back signs, our fee is 9% of it. You keep the other 91%, on money that was sitting in a dead quote. If it doesn't sign, you pay nothing.

Most marketing gets paid whether you sign the job or not. We don't.

What counts
A quote counts if it sat quiet for 7+ days before our first text, and signs within 60 days of it. Before we start, we set those days to fit your trade.
  1. Quote sentYour team follows up as usual
  2. 7 days quietNow we take over
  3. Our first textThe 60-day window starts
  4. Signed within 60 daysThat's a job we brought back
Proof on your own numbers
In your first pilot, we set aside a few of your quiet quotes at random and leave them alone. At the end, you see both side by side: what signed with us, and what signed without us.

Questions owners ask

What does it cost if nothing signs?

Nothing. No setup fee, no monthly fee. You only pay on jobs that sign.

What if they’d have signed anyway?

Then you shouldn’t pay for it, and we don’t want you to. That’s why your pilot sets aside a few quiet quotes we never text. If those sign just as often as the ones we work, you’ll see it, and we’d want to know too.

Will this bug my customers?

No. It’s a friendly check-in about a quote they asked you for, in your shop’s name, during business hours. If they’re not interested, we leave them alone.

What do the texts actually say?

They’re about their quote: the job, the price, the next step. When they ask something, we answer with what you told us at setup, like your financing, schedule or warranty. Anything about price or scope goes to you.

My software already sends reminders.

Keep them on. We start where they stop: once a quote has gone quiet for a week. And when someone replies, we answer their questions and send ready buyers to you.

Do I have to switch software?

No. Keep Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, or whatever you use.

How do I stop?

Send us one email. That’s it. No long-term contract.

Isn't winter a dead time for decks?

It's when deck quotes go quiet. We keep the conversation open so the homeowners who still want a deck come back to you before spring fills up.

See what's sitting in your old quotes.

Free. Takes 2 minutes. Ready in half a business day.
