Generator estimates stall when the storm passes. We pick them back up.

When a generator estimate goes quiet, we follow up in your shop's name. When someone's ready to install, your phone buzzes. That's your whole job.

Example
Brightline Power
  1. Brightline Power: Hi Linda, it's Brightline Power. Checking in on your estimate for the 22 kW standby generator. Any questions? Text stop anytime if you're all set.
  2. Linda: Still on our list. How loud is it when it runs?
  3. Brightline Power: About as loud as a central air unit, and it only runs during outages and a short weekly test. Want someone to call you?
  4. Linda: Yes please. Afternoons are best

Sound familiar?

  • You sized it, checked gas and electric, priced the install. Then the lights came back on.
  • The storm passed, the homeowner relaxed, and the estimate sat.
  • A month later, calling feels awkward. So nobody does.
  • Your software sent its reminder. They didn't answer, and that was that.

You already paid for every one of those estimates: the lead, the site visit, the load calculation. Most installers have more money sitting in quiet estimates than they think.

How it works

  1. 1

    Get your free report

Send us your open estimates from Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks or whatever you use. Rather not dig for the file? Hop on a 15-minute call and we'll pull it together.

  2. 2

We follow up on the quiet ones

Only estimates that went quiet for a week. Fresh ones stay with your team. Every text and email goes out in your shop's name.

  3. 3

Ready buyers go to your phone

You get a one-line alert: who, what job, what they want. You close it like always.

No software to learn. No logins. Nothing to manage.

When they reply, we keep the job moving.

Simple questions get your answers. Anything about price or a site visit comes straight to you.

What homeowners say, and what happens

  • How loud is it?Answered with your answer.
  • We're waiting on the gas company.Answered with your answer. We don't push.
  • Do I need a permit?Answered with your answer.
  • Can you beat the other estimate?Sent to you. Price talk is yours.

We only get paid when you do.

No setup fee.No monthly fee.No long-term contract.

When a job we brought back signs, our fee is 9% of it. You keep the other 91%, on money that was sitting in a dead estimate. If it doesn't sign, you pay nothing.

Most marketing gets paid whether you sign the job or not. We don't.

What counts
An estimate counts if it sat quiet for 7+ days before our first text, and signs within 60 days of it. Before we start, we set those days to fit your trade.

  2. 7 days quietNow we take over

Proof on your own numbers
In your first pilot, we set aside a few of your quiet estimates at random and leave them alone. At the end, you see both side by side: what signed with us, and what signed without us.

Your name stays clean with your customers.

  • Your shop’s name, their own estimate

Every message names your shop and the job it’s about. No blasts.

  • Polite and spaced out

Business hours only. A few check-ins, days apart, then we stop.

  • We take no for an answer

If someone isn’t interested, we stop right away and leave them alone.

Questions owners ask

What does it cost if nothing signs?

Nothing. No setup fee, no monthly fee. You only pay on jobs that sign.

What if they’d have signed anyway?

Then you shouldn’t pay for it, and we don’t want you to. That’s why your pilot sets aside a few quiet estimates we never text. If those sign just as often as the ones we work, you’ll see it, and we’d want to know too.

Will this bug my customers?

No. It’s a friendly check-in about an estimate they asked you for, in your shop’s name, during business hours. If they’re not interested, we leave them alone.

What do the texts actually say?

They’re about their estimate: the job, the price, the next step. When they ask something, we answer with what you told us at setup, like your financing, schedule or warranty. Anything about price or scope goes to you.

My software already sends reminders.

Keep them on. We start where they stop: once an estimate has gone quiet for a week. And when someone replies, we answer their questions and send ready buyers to you.

Do I have to switch software?

No. Keep Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, or whatever you use.

How do I stop?

Send us one email. That’s it. No long-term contract.
