How to get your export

About 2 minutes. Pick your software:

Jobber
  1. Go to Reports and open the Quotes report.
  2. Filter by status so it shows your open quotes (for example, Awaiting response).
  3. Tap Export to CSV. Jobber emails the file to your login email.
  4. Upload that file here. From a phone, you can pick it from your email or the Files app.
Housecall Pro
  1. Open your Estimates list.
  2. Tap Actions, then Export, then Send file. A CSV arrives by email.
  3. Upload that file here.
QuickBooks Online
  1. Go to Sales, then Sales transactions.
  2. Set Type to Estimates and pick a date range (the last 12 months is plenty).
  3. Click Export to Excel. Upload the file as it is, no need to convert it.
ServiceTitan
  1. Go to Reports and open the Opportunity and Estimate Follow Up report.
  2. Pick a date range (the last 12 months is plenty) and tap Run Report.
  3. Tap Export, then Export to XLSX. Upload the file as it is, no need to convert it.
Something else
  1. Any spreadsheet works if it has: customer name, phone or email, amount, date sent, and status.
